The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call just after 1:30 a.m. Wednesday about a possible burglary at the Maricopa County medical examiner's office in downtown Phoenix.

Deputies searched the facility and found Fenris Lu. He was arrested on site.

Lu is facing one count of burglary, four counts of sexual conduct with a dead person, one count of criminal damage, one count of escape and one count of possession of burglary tools.
