Baloch Liberation Army Claims 22 Operations in Balochistan, Says 13 Pakistani Military Personnel Killed

“Baloch Liberation Army fighters carried out 22 organized operations in various areas between May 23 & May 31, targeting the occupying army, police, and death squad operatives. As a result of these attacks, 13 officials of the occupying army were killed and 8 injured, while a large quantity of weapons was seized from police and death squad operatives. During this period, the fighters maintained complete control over Balochistan's main highways, where, in addition to targeting supply vehicles of the occupying army, arrests of active death squad operatives were carried out based on secret intelligence from the organization's intelligence wing ‘Zarb'. During these intense clashes with the occupying forces, BLA's valiant fighter Sangat Chakr embraced martyrdom while fighting bravely.

May 23: In the Panjapai area of Shal (Quetta), Baloch Liberation Army fighters ambushed a joint contingent of the occupying Pakistani army & CTD advancing in the area with the intent of military aggression, trapping them in a coordinated net. The fighters carried out a remote-controlled explosion via a vehicle loaded with explosives on the highway, which engulfed two vehicles and a foot patrol of the occupying forces. As a result of this successful blast, four CTD officials were killed on the spot and six injured. Immediately afterward, the fighters launched an ambush attack on other military contingents of the occupying army, resulting in the deaths of three more enemy officials. During this fierce clash, fighter Sangat Chakr attained the rank of martyrdom by sacrificing his life in defense of the homeland. On the same day, in the Guruk area of Kharan, fighters targeted an occupying army vehicle with a remote-controlled IED, inflicting severe financial and human losses. Additionally, at the Mal location in Nushki, fighters gained complete control of the Quetta-Taftan national highway and set fire to five logistic supply vehicles of the occupying army.

May 24: In the Kurdgap and Kank areas of Mastung, the occupying army was targeted during two separate operations with IEDs and ambushes, resulting in the deaths of four enemy officials and multiple injuries. In the same vein, at Babri on the Quetta-Taftan route, a blockade was enforced, and eight supply vehicles of the occupying army were set ablaze and completely destroyed.

May 25: At Basima, during an operation, fighters took custody of an oil tanker transporting fuel to Shamshi Airbase and then set it on fire. On the same day, in the Kurdgap area of Mastung, four more supply vehicles were destroyed in an action on the Quetta-Taftan highway. Meanwhile, in the Chitkan area of Panjgur, a successful hand grenade attack was carried out on military officials deployed for security at the Deputy Commissioner's office.

May 26: BLA fighters blew up and destroyed the important Sorghum Bridge on the Quetta-Taftan highway in Dalbandin and a central bridge on the Kharan-Quetta highway in Kharan using explosive materials, severing the enemy's ground communications. On the same day, fighters simultaneously blockaded two different locations, maintaining organizational control over the Kharan-Karachi highway at Sarwan and the Kharan-Quetta highway at Nooruz Kalat for several hours. During this time, in the Jangalat area of Nushki, four supply vehicles of the occupying army were stopped and set ablaze. In the Grop area of Kalat, occupying Pakistani army foot soldiers were targeted while they were transporting water to their post. In this attack, one military official was killed and two injured. On the same day, in the Kurdgap area of Mastung, fighters inflicted heavy casualties on the advancing enemy contingents. In response to this failure, the occupying army indiscriminately shelled nearby civilian populations using gunship helicopters.
