Eastland Memorial Hospital is pushing back against a series of anonymous complaints that current and former employees say raise questions about workplace culture, employee treatment, disciplinary practices and leadership at the hospital.

Several employees who asked not to be identified because they fear retaliation described what they allege is a workplace environment marked by fear and uncertainty, including concerns about how personnel decisions are made.
