After tying record heat Monday, highs will return to the seasonal low 90s Tuesday. Scattered showers will fire up in the afternoon, but many communities will stay dry.

Your Gulf Coast Weather Most Accurate Forecast shows humidity and storm coverage increasing this week. Wednesday will feature higher storm chances with highs in the low 90s. An east wind will drive many storms toward the coast for the afternoon, bringing heavy rain, lightning and gusty winds.
