Bhad Bhabie is opening up about her recent cosmetic changes after fans began discussing her changed appearance online.
Over the weekend, the rapper shared a series of Instagram Story posts explaining why she decided to dissolve her lip fillers and showing followers what she described as her “natural†lips.
“These are my natural lips! Ur lips can grow and [shrink] with age,†she wrote. “I got my lip filler fully dissolved so I can get lip blushing to fix my loss of pigmentation issue around my border of my lips.â€
In another post, Bhad Bhabie gave followers more detail about the issue, explaining that she spent years repeatedly getting filler and dissolving it because she thought the procedures themselves were causing the uneven appearance.
“Before yall say im doing unnecessay things this is a better view of my speckled loss of pigmentation issue,†she wrote alongside a picture of her lips. “I have gotten my lips done and dissolved over 10 times thinking that my lips were done the wrong way but I was finally diagnosed with loss of pigmentation by a dermatologist after my second to last time getting them dissolved and redone wondering how could it look like?â€
She also clarified that the appearance of her lips varied regardless of how much filler she had at the time.
“I have migrated filler with no filler at all and even with just .25 of the syringe,†she added.
The rapper later admitted that not understanding the condition earlier likely led her to continue getting cosmetic work done in hopes of fixing the issue.
“When I stretch my lip u can see how bad it really is,†she explained. “I think the only reason I kept getting filler was because I didn’t know about this.”
This isn't the first time Bhad Bhabie has publicly discussed reversing cosmetic procedures. Back in 2024, she revealed that she had dissolved fillers in multiple areas of her face, including her cheeks, lips, and chin, while warning followers against excessive cosmetic work.
The latest discussion comes at a time when Bhad Bhabie has been publicly addressing criticism of her evolving appearance. Earlier this month, she pushed back against people comparing current photos of her to images from her teenage years, questioning why people expect her to look identical at 23 as she did at 13 or 15.
She also pointed to aging, cosmetic enhancements, hairstyle changes, and spending more time in the sun as reasons for her appearance changing over the years.
More recently, the rapper debuted yet another transformation by revealing a shaved hairstyle in a Mother's Day Instagram post. The upload featured selfies alongside photos of her daughter, Kali Love, and a still of Britney Spears from the “…Baby One More Time†era.
