HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, has announced it will continue several sports programs through June 2027 after reversing its initial decision to discontinue them. The college said men’s and women’s basketball, cross-country, soccer, and women’s volleyball will remain active through the next academic year. The school said the change was made after listening to feedback from students and other stakeholders. Originally, HACC said it planned to discontinue some sports programs to save money.
